SERVICES REFUND POLICY
Our goal at La Boréale Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents La Boréale Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or client will be refund of their deposit, if applicable.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the photography session on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs | packages, once sent, cannot be returned; La Boréale Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the session and then La Boréale Photography sent the buyer the correct package) it is then considered non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, La Boréale Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES ON PRODUCTS
This website is operated by La Boréale Photography. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to La Boréale Photography. La Boréale Photography offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you have received, get in touch within 30 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send you a reprint as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Defective or Damaged products
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided. Let us know immediately and we will remedy to the situation a replacement, credit or refund.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
We do not accept returns. In case of wanting to reorder or return an item because it is damaged or you are unsatisfied about the product, please send us a message to this email address : email@example.com. We will then have further solutions taken upon your specific expectations. If you are qualified for a refund or reorder, you will keep the affected items instead of returning it. In this way, we lessen the impact of carbon footprints as part of our sustainability efforts.
